Savings and Loan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kenya commercial bank Ltd, is the oldest mortgage finance company in Kenya. It was established in 1949 as a branch of Savings & Loan society, a private company registered in Tanzania.
Savings and Loan became a limited company in 1962 and later was acquired by Kenya commercial bank limited in 1972 to serve as the Housing finance arm of the bank.
Consisting of its carefully packaged financial services, a team of experienced personnel and over 50 years experience in the housing industry the company has assisted many Kenyans to buy or build residential and commercial properties. |
