KCB Rights Issue
The KCB Rights Issue is a privilege given to the existing shareholders of KCB to buy additional shares in the company on a pro-rata basis to their current holding. The ratio of the new shares to the old shares shall be communicated to the shareholders soonest. The shares in the KCB Rights Issue will be offered at a discounted price.
